*A government company in SE Portland is hiring an IT Helpdesk Technician to join the team for a great opportunity!*
*Job Description:* * Provide customer service by phone and in-person - 30 calls daily and primarily phone support * Reset passwords in Active Directory * Enroll mobile devices in DUO * Install software on Windows and Mac devices (primarily Windows devices with some Macs) * Assist customers with mobile devices (iPhones and iPads) * Troubleshooting issues such as audio/microphone issues, failed software installs, VPN, etc. * Answer questions about Google Workspace * Direct customers to the IT Service Portal *Qualifications:* * Need to be a good personality/culture fit with strong customer service skills * 2-3+ years of IT Service Desk experience * Experience with Active Directory, SCCM and helpful to have knowledge with Intune and JAMF but not required * Plus to have experience with Google Workspace (will be using Google and not Microsoft 365 or Teams) * Windows/Mac Installs, and supporting iPhones/iPads * Ability to follow standard operating procedures ***If Interested:* *Please apply to the job application and email Derek at Dmautz @teksystems.com* *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
