General Description |
The Information Services Operations Specialist I is responsible for ensuring timely and successful completion of daily operational tasks as well as daily, monthly, and quarterly checklists. Responsible for regular monitoring of batch and end-of-the-day processing as well as item, ACH processing, and inclearing balancing. |

Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
- Responsible for accurately completing shift related checklist functions as well as processing special jobs, as needed or assigned. This duty is performed about 40% of the time.
- Responsible for the production, printing and distribution of all reports and forms within scope of duties. This duty is performed about 25% of the time.
- Responsible for performing all necessary file uploads, downloads, and memo postings. This duty is performed 20% of the time.
- Receives, records, and prioritizes issues reported by end users while escalating to the appropriate channels when necessary. This duty is performed 15% of the time.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance, punctuality and personal appearance. Reads, writes, and communicates in a clear and efficient manner via various types of correspondence, such as, in person, phone, email, letters, etc. Adheres to all company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable banking rules, regulations, and laws (including BSA/AML).
- Performs any other related duties as required or assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements |
- High school diploma or GED
- 0 to 12 months related experience and/or training
- Regular computer support, basic software support, database analysis, and installation.
- Basic experience with alphanumeric data entry, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Processing
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
