Responsibilities
Position Summary: The Director of Sales is responsible for onboarding and training of new account managers and monthly ongoing training within the market and across UHS. Working on behalf of the UHS hospitals, the Director of Sales is accountable to understanding budgeted referral calls for each facility and the market overall and for generating the required budgeted referral calls. This will be achieved through development of sales team members including the management and oversite of schedules. The Director of Sales is actively involved in discussions related to a wide variety of issues such creating and analyzing metric reports, identifying goals and potential sales growth opportunities. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for targeted customer channels and maintaining strong relationships with key customers working collaboratively with the sales team. The Director of Sales will provide oversite of marketing programs that support the expansion and growth of company services, products, and brand. Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:
