We are seeking aKey Account Sales Manager for Moultrie who will focus on the Mid-West and Western Territory and the Independent and Strategic Accounts included within. The Key Account Sales Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing effective strategic plans to meet customer and company objectives. This role's primary purposewill be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, establishing professional relationships with key customer accounts, and identifying new potential customers and market opportunities. The Key Account Sales Manager will establish the vision, set the course of action, and execute the business plan for each of their accounts.This position reports to the Director of Key Accounts. Job Responsibilities:
- Sole Key Account & Independent account management across the Mid-West & Western Territory
- Key Accounts include but are not limited to Fleet Farm, Sportsman's Guide, Midway USA, Blain Supply, Rural King, Sportsman's Warehouse, Roger's, and Mid-States Buy Group accounts.
- Participating in and planning account-focused events, consumer shows, trade shows, and industry-related events that drive brand awareness and growth.
- Actively travel to and engage in-store with Store Managers and Associates.
- Deliver seasonal line reviews focused on strategic implementation
- Develop and establish comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth for focus accounts and overall sales channels.
- Build and manage accountability metrics through measurable performance goals for accounts based on the territory sales plan.
- By account, develop a seasonal business plan that outlines growth, category, assortment distribution, and promotional objectives.
- Identifies and develops new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, operations and planning, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall brand objectives.
- Effectively communicates product, promotional, and advertising opportunities to accounts.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external resources to develop and manage the brand's go-to-market strategies, programs, and assets. Communicates vision to all relevant customers.
- Presents Moultrie products in a well-prepared business case through presentations and storytelling that show how they meet customer needs and provide value and benefit, beyond the features and benefits.
- Prepares sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed account expansion.
- Monitors, evaluates, and provides feedback on competitor products and market landscape
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in Marketing, Business, or related field. (In lieu of degree may consider candidates with equivalent work experience.)
- 5+ years' experience with a proven track record of successfully growing and servicing Key Accounts, Independent Accounts and Specialty.
- Strong customer relations background and sales experience in B2B environment.
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.

Preferred Skills:
- A background in the hunting, fishing, or outdoor sporting goods market.
- Key Account | Independent Sales Management experience.
- Outdoor Industry and Canada sales experience.
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Tableau experience is a plus
