Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op - Fall 2025

The Role:
Our site in Chandler, AZ is seeking a/an Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op to join our team for the Fall 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

The Manufacturing Engineering Co-op plays a crucial role in assisting the operations team by addressing challenges, creating standardized methods, and providing support at the Entegris Chandler Facility. The main areas of focus will include safety, quality, and productivity, in addition to driving process improvements.

What You'll Do:
* Assist teams with problem solving by conducting failure analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective / preventative action
* Assist in data gathering, process qualifications & validations activities for NPD projects
* Create assembly instruction, standard operating procedures & tool maintenance schedules.
* Learn how to participate in MRB discussions & complete assigned actions on regular basis.
* Initiate and assist Six sigma projects on key business processes to improve customer satisfaction, eliminate waste and reduce cost
* Assist in bill of materials (BOM) corrections, routing updates and other SAP related data maintenance activities at plant level.

What We Seek:
* Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
* Familiarity with or willingness to learn SAP ERP System

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:
* Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or related field
* Graduating in December 2025 or later

Eligibility:
* Must be a currently enrolled student
* Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in July through December
* Must be familiar with the university's requirements to participate in a co-op program
* Entegris is not currently hiring candidates for internships who will need, now or at any time in the future, Entegris sponsorship through the H1-B lottery.
* PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift 25 lbs., climb a ladder up to 15 ft. and walk and stand during entire shift.

  • Compensation: $20-$32 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
