Originally opened in 1934, Stifel Theatre's stage has welcome some of entertainment's greatest performers, including Frank Sinatra, Ray Charles, Bob Dylan and the Rolling Stones. Job Summary

As a Premium Manager, you will oversee the premium dining experience, ensuring top-tier service, seamless operations, and memorable experiences for guests. You will collaborate with culinary teams, manage premium spaces, and drive exceptional hospitality while maintaining Levy's high standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, premium hospitality, or related field
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budget and costs
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all premium dining areas to ensure an outstanding guest experience
  • Manage and train staff to deliver top-tier service
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to maintain menu consistency and quality
  • Monitor and control inventory, ordering, and cost management
  • Develop and implement service standards to exceed guest expectations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation guidelines
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues effectively
