Job Summary As a Premium Manager, you will oversee the premium dining experience, ensuring top-tier service, seamless operations, and memorable experiences for guests. You will collaborate with culinary teams, manage premium spaces, and drive exceptional hospitality while maintaining Levy's high standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, premium hospitality, or related field Strong financial acumen and experience managing budget and costs Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities: Oversee all premium dining areas to ensure an outstanding guest experience Manage and train staff to deliver top-tier service Collaborate with culinary teams to maintain menu consistency and quality Monitor and control inventory, ordering, and cost management Develop and implement service standards to exceed guest expectations Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation guidelines Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues effectively Curious about Life at Levy?
