The Sr. Business Program Consultant will lead, consult, and influence senior leaders in all aspects of communication, strategic planning, change management, related to complex or enterprise-wide projects that impact operational culture norms or large cross sections of the company.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:



  • Estimated Salary: $84,500 - $139,500, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Partner with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives and process improvements that align with business objectives.
  • Lead meetings and communicate critical information from leadership to the broader team.
  • Develop and implement engaging communication plans for internal and external audiences.
  • Support change management efforts, helping teams navigate transitions smoothly.
  • Oversee and manage special projects, bringing innovative ideas to enhance department operations.
  • Track and report on key metrics, business plans, and strategic goals to ensure alignment with division objectives.
  • Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.



WHAT YOU'LL BRING:



  • Deep understanding of Workplace Solutions products, processes, and operations.
  • Proven ability to manage high-impact projects, deadlines, and strategic initiatives within a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities to improve workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with a track record of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a knack for seeing the big picture and driving results.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
