Internal Medicine Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Lehigh Valley Health Network is searching for an experienced Primary Care Certified Registered Nurse Practioner for our practice located in Hazleton Pennsylvania. At our Alliance Drive practice, there are 3 Physicians, 2 APCs, and 6 MA's/LPN's. The office is open 8a-5p with call being rotated with other Physician and APC's. Patient slot durations consist of 40 minutes for new, wellness/prevententative, TOC, and medical clearance and 20 minutes for return patients and acute visits. Full time is considered 36 patient facing hours with part time being considered. This practice is adjacent to the Health and Wellness Center which provides imaging, labs, therapy, speciatlty offices, and has a walking trail in between facilities.

• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• A current Pennsylvania Medical License or the ability to obtain one is required
• At least 1 year of primary care experience.
