You have successfully completed your bachelor (or master's) degree and now you want to kickstart your career - preferably in an international environment. During our management trainee program, you will quickly assume responsibility for your tasks in the Global Human Resources team at Dematic, one of KION's iconic brands. From the outset, you will be an important part of the KION Group and a member of a collaborative team striving for excellence. What we offer:

Tasks and Qualifications:

Tasks

  • As a Global HR Management Trainee, you will participate in a structured rotation program across different HR functions and gain comprehensive insights

  • As part of the HR Management team, you will work with HR business partners in all relevant HR matters

  • You will support global strategic HR initiatives and projects that align with our HR Strategy such as the KION Learning Academy, People Development or Global Mobility

  • You will contribute to the development and improvement of (global) HR processes and systems

  • You will research and identify new HR standards and carry out benchmarking to improve KION's status as an attractive employer

  • You will participate in training and development activities to enhance your HR knowledge and skills

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or comparable studies, with excellent academic records

  • Professional working proficiency in English enabling you to communicate with stakeholders and our global development teams; additional language skills are beneficial

  • Previously acquired international experience or are excited by international collaboration and the prospect of a placement abroad for several months as part of the trainee program

  • Proficiency or advanced experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary and knowledge of relevant development tools is preferred

  • A team player mentality with strong communication skills, motivation to take on responsibility and to work with a high level of initiative to achieve results
