Grow Endress+Hauser market share in the Water/Wastewater industry understanding the global strategy and orchestrating the translation of strategy to sales outcomes in the Gulf. This position requires in-depth Endress+Hauser product knowledge. It requires expertise in the Water/Wastewater industry and knowledge of our competitive offering to position Endress+Hauser to displace entrenched competitors. Which tasks will you perform?
- Utilize a deep customer eco-system understanding to identify and engage customers and partners, fostering strong relationships for market expansion through project acquisition, strategic account development, and MRO/cross-selling of products, services, and solutions.
- Design, develop and drive sales strategy and present solutions and services that address customer needs.
- Identify and convert key competitive accounts to Endress+Hauser in line with the sales channel.
- Boost project acquisition through strategic collaboration with Endress+Hauser and representative partners.
- Leverage relationships within the production centers (in conjunction with Endress+Hauser Marketing) to open the door to opportunities that Endress+Hauser has not been considered for until now.
- Educate and inform customers and sales channel on industry specific applications, best practices, and trends.
- Provide market input to National Industry Manager for short term and long-term national planning purposes (i.e. effectiveness of initiatives, market conditions, future trends, competitive activities, product gaps and forecasting).
- Leverage the entire Endress+Hauser portfolio to win bidding opportunities and business that previously has gone to competitors. Document the learnings from the wins and the losses to use the voice of the customer to gain the diversification of business within the industry.
What do we expect from you? You will have (required):
- Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field and 5+ years of relevant industry experience OR 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Actively worked in sales, product management or engineering role in the relevant industry.
- Travel required: up to 50%.
