JOB SUMMARY

Serves as the head of Operations for Digital Partner sales and Digital Channel, working to acquire new customers through cost-effective sales, while carefully mitigating risks of a rapidly changing online marketplace. Leads operational and marketing efforts through Charter's affiliate partnerships to drive online sales and revenue for Charter Communications. Collaborates with cross functional groups to judiciously manage budgets while executing offer and bounty strategies aligned with the larger organization.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operation end to end management for Digital Partnerships and Online channel.
  • Provide full strategic, budgeting, and accounting responsibility for Digital channel.
  • Develop, plan, coordinate, and execute overall digital operational strategy, including compliance and oversight of eCommerce, email, mobile advertising, social media, search engines and digital/online communities and corporate website.
  • Work closely with advertising, marketing, sales, Web design and development teams to ensure the digital and online marketing strategy supports business strategy.
  • Assist senior leaders and/or executives in defining digital sales and operational organizational goals and strategic plans.
  • Act as primary sales operations leader for offline transactions, inclusive of process, optimization and escalations.
  • Lead business development and operational strategic partnerships efforts across digital marketing to further drive growth for the channel.
  • Plan, develop and implement internet marketing and operational strategies to promote products/brands and services online (e.g., social media, mobile advertising, search engine, email, etc.).
  • Oversee development and compliance of e-marketing content and material.

  • Detailed orientated with exceptional analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively negotiate with vendors and partners to drive optimal sales volume.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and procedures
  • Knowledge of pricing, contract and billing procedures
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations.
  • Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications.
  • Expert knowledge of telecommunications products and services
  • Outstanding leadership skills to function as a strategic business leader able to align with company.
  • Advanced knowledge of all functions and related tasks in the area of retail and sales operations

Required Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required.

Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years

Management experience 10+ years

Sales management experience in the cable/telecommunication industry 8+ years

Program management experience 5+ years

Digital marketing experience with a proven track record of driving performance 3+ years
