POSITION

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our team. You will report directly to our Global Head of HR Operations and be based out of our Charlotte, NC headquarters. In this role, you will be responsible for the HR activity for payroll, general HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and who can partner closely with other support functions to deliver exceptional employee experiences and compliant HR processes.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Oversee the HR data required for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • General understanding of timekeeping requirements.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update HR policies in alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Stay abreast of changes in labor laws for the various states where we have employees.
  • Administer and optimize HRIS systems to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on HR-related matters.
  • Accurately maintain HR data, providing insights to improve processes and decision-making.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and employee support.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • 2+ years of HR experience with a focus on HR operations, employee onboarding and payroll.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance
  • Experience with HRIS systems (familiarity with UKG is a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial services experience a plus



Base Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
