Position Title: High School Rally Coach Reports to: Athletic Director and Administration Supervises: Assistant Coach (if required), team staff, including volunteers and student athletes Salary: Per negotiated contract General Description: The High School Rally Coach is responsible for leading and developing the cheerleading program to promote school spirit, sportsmanship, student engagement and uphold Bobcat Cheer traditions. This position involves instructing and mentoring student-athletes, fostering teamwork, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants. The coach will oversee practices and cheer activities at athletic events, school functions, and competitions while upholding the district's mission, board and OSAA policies. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Others may be assigned.
Performance of this job will be evaluated by the Athletic Director with assistance from district administration.
