QA Test Manager with Telecom Domain
Location: Medley, FL

Required Qualifications:
* 12+ years of experience in software testing.
* Telecom domain knowledge.
* Java, Selenium,
* API testing

Roles/Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
* Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure optimal use of resources.
* Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, leveraging expertise in Java, Selenium, and Advanced Java.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
* Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
* Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
* Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
* Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
* Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
* Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting collaboration and innovation.
