We are seeking three (4) Accounting Interns to join our Global Accounting & Finance team for the Summer of 2025 (May 2025 - August 2025) in Global Accounting & Close, Global Financial Controls and FP&A. Internship locations include our Cranberry Township, PA HQ location and our Washington DC Office.

Intern - Global Accounting & Close - Preferred location - Cranberry Township, PA HQ Location - Mobile Schedule (1 Internship)

Your Day to Day:

• Provide support to the GAC team with the closing administration functions by assisting with preparing journal entries, cost distributions and assuring timely completion to journal entry closing check lists for Global Accounting & Close organization.
• Provide support with the preparation of the closing checklist in Blackline and the accounting calendar.
• Assist with the posting of legacy non-SAP entity's trial balance feeds from non-US locations into SAP including mapping of legacy accounts.
• Assist with the preparation of Blackline account reconciliations and journal entries for accounts under Global Accounting & Close organization
• Assist with technical accounting research and applying US GAAP guidance to Westinghouse transactions
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements in existing business practices and create standard operating procedures documentation.
• Assist the Project accounting team with their monthly close process
• Assist as requested in other financial and accounting activities as determined by the Accounting Manager and/or VP of Global Accounting.
• Perform ad hoc requests to meet deliverable requirements for the Global Accounting & Close organization.

Intern - Global Financial Controls - Preferred Location - Washington DC office - Mobile Schedule (1 Internship)

Your Day to Day:

*Assist in testing and evaluating internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) to ensure SOX compliance.

*Support the documentation and review of process details and control matrices

*Help with walkthroughs and control testing to identify potential control deficiencies.

*Provide general support to the Global Financial Controls Team assisting with various administrative tasks

Intern, Finance - eVinci & Intern, Finance - AP1000 - Preferred Location -Cranberry Township, PA location - Mobile Schedule (2 Internships)

Your Day to Day:

*Assist in the preparation of financial schedules and documentation for financial reviews for BU montly reviews

Desired Educational Background- Completed Sophomore or higher working towards a Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Minimum 3.0 GPS required.
