Job Summary

Designs, implements and manages the organization's Total Rewards Program in alignment with business goals. Evaluates and utilizes data, Associate feedback, external and internal resources to maximize the value and delivery of the Program.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:



  • Manages the research, design and implementation of compensation, benefits, leave and other reward programs that attract, retain, and motivate Associates.
  • Collaborates with HR Business Partners and Company leaders to align Program strategies with business goals and optimize Associate experience.
  • Responsible for the overall leadership, direction and evaluation of the total rewards team, providing necessary coaching, training and educational opportunities.
  • Develops analytics and Associate feedback strategy to monitor performance, identifies opportunities, and obtains executive support for new Program initiatives.
  • Partners with HR Operations team to identify opportunities to optimize delivery of plan/policy features within the Program.
  • Leads cross functional program projects and education initiatives in partnership with other HR teams and corporate partners.
  • Provides guidance to team members as they serve as a resource for Associates who are working complex issues.
  • Manages the development of Program budgets. Oversees monthly Program financials and provides commentary on variances.
  • Manages Program vendors by request for proposal selection process, ongoing performance oversight, and capturing Associate satisfaction levels.
  • Researches regulatory and industry changes and recommends plan/policy design changes.
  • Provides assistance to other Human Resources departments as necessary.


WHAT IS REQUIRED:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • 7 years' experience in human resources with focus in benefits, compensation or similar work.
  • Supervisory, managerial or leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and/or benefits principles, practices and regulations.
  • Experience with building and executing reports from data warehouse systems and using data to influence executive decision making.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Advanced knowledge of federal/state/local regulatory requirements that affect Total Reward Programs.
  • Ability to proactively solve problems and apply innovative solutions.
  • Ability to travel to Corporate, Manufacturing and Retail Facilities as needed.
  • Ability to meet conflicting employment guidelines.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Spanish fluency.
