Requisition ID req32619 Working Title Administrative Officer (Div) Position Grade 13 Position Summary Summary The New Mexico Board of Regents is seeking an Administrative Officer to provide direct support to the Secretary to the Board of Regents. This individual will coordinate, oversee, and/or perform a wide variety of administrative and secretarial functions, and provide a point of contact for internal and external constituents in a work environment that requires confidentiality and professionalism. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; at least 7 years of experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified, of which at least 2 should be directly related to managing at least one of the functional areas of fiscal services, administration and/or human resources. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications
