  • Develop "Machine Learning" by Building efficient, data-driven artificial intelligence systems that advance our predictive automation capabilities.
  • Support and implement the D&A capability development approach in P&S function.
  • Foster the use of data to support the decision-making processes in P&S function.
  • Champion the data literacy development, becoming part of the operation standard way of working.
  • Work closely together with all relevant functions to design innovative supply chain solutions, providing supply chain design and data analytics expertise to key change initiatives cross-functionally.
  • Build advanced analytics models (predictive, prescriptive, machine learning, simulation, statistical, etc.) to solve complex supply chain problems.
  • Run machine learning tests and experiments, and document findings and results.
  • Study and transform data science prototypes and apply appropriate machine learning algorithms and tools.
  • Stay up to date with developments in the machine learning industry.
  • Use advanced analytics models to conduct data discovery to uncover new correlations and interdependencies among supply chain variables.
  • Work with and/or train citizen data scientists to offload basic data science tasks like initial data discovery and/or visualization and model testing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or other quantitative driven sciences
  • Solid understanding of business data structures
  • Knowledge of Agile development & Operational Excellence
  • Literate in Data & Analytics, understand how to structure and analyze data
  • Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
