Lead and manage a team of Machine Learning, Data & Analytics, Supply Chain Designing scientists and engineers Engage other Supply chain functions to the Digital, Productivity, and Innovation mindset Ensure good communication and alignment with Global Digital Productivity and Innovation function Establish a strategic partnership with IT and other technology areas to facilitate key projects implementation Lead the development and implementation of Data & Analytics, Machine Learning cases, Supply Chain Automation Manage the Data & Analytics Project Pipeline to leverage and maximize the use of resources among individual use cases, projects, and programs Champion the development of distinctive Data & Analytics delivery models, fostering the deployment of the required tools and capabilities Guide the team in architecting an entire AI Engineering platform that allows for the deployment and scalability of machine learning models Guarantee resources are leveraged, and synergies are captured among use cases, no matter the funding provenance Running tests on machine learning models to determine accuracy and documenting the results Develop automation and technology tools to improve data visibility and operational efficiency Company Description As a world market leader in crop protection, we help farmers to counter these threats and ensure enough safe, nutritious, affordable food for all - while minimizing the use of land and other agricultural inputs. Qualifications Critical Knowledge Bachelor's Degree Preferred Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or other quantitative-driven sciences Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills Strong computer skills and ability to work in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word Critical Experience Experience working in a cross-functional team Strong Leadership & People Management Skills, Innovation, creativity Skills, Project Management, Supply Chain Processes, Continuous Improvement Skills, Supply Chain experience (5+ years), Project Management, Machine Learning, Data & Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence developments in Supply Chain Desirable Technical Skills SAP Hana, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Snowflake, Java, Supply Chain Automation, Qlik Sense, Tableau Proficient in SQL and Python, understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline design, Knowledge in data science tools like TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, SciPy, NumPy, Pandas, XGBoost, Keras Additional Information What We Offer: A culture that celebrates diversity & inclusion, promotes professional development, and strives for a work-life balance that supports the team members.
