Voith Paper is hiring for: R&D Engineering Intern Summary: The R&D Engineering Intern will be assigned to the Research and Development (R&D) Manager at our Forming Fabrics manufacturing site located in Florence, MS where we produce industrial textile belts for the papermaking industry. The intern will help in the Product Development process, working with the continued development and improvement of our products, and assisting in developing intellectual properties for the future through new and disruptive technologies. Responsibilities:
Required Skills/Abilities Willingness to take our safety training program and to follow site specific health and safety rules and instructions. This will help to ensure the personal safety of the intern and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues at work.
Education and Experience: Be on a course of study for Associates, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in one of the following disciplines: Textiles, Engineering (Chemical, Paper Science, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics), Process and/or Quality Engineering.
