The incumbent is an empowered team member, knowledgeable in AI and generative AI technologies, who deploys best practices to facilitate the elicitation, organization, and documentation of business and AI solution requirements, working closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and Scrum teams. The incumbent must ensure that the Agile team develops AI-driven solutions that meet the customer's real needs, minimizes requirement defects up front, and establishes and maintains agreement between the customer and Agile team on requirements for deliverables that are complex and not always clearly defined. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Meet and work with Product Owners, Scrum teams, subject matter experts, business sponsors, end-users, and others as necessary to perform assignments related to AI and generative AI projects. 2. Assist Product Owner with Backlog maintenance, User Story refinement, and prioritization for AI-driven features. 3. Lead requirements discussions to document, analyze, and translate functional and non-functional requirements into AI user stories, diagrams, and other deliverables as needed. 4. Assist the team as needed to complete AI-related stories and with troubleshooting problems and developing AI-driven recommendations/solutions. 5. Maintain AI Product Documentation as needed. 6. Participate in Scrum Agile events and other agile activities, focusing on AI project integration. 7. Participate in the Business Analysis Community of Practice, with a focus on AI and generative AI methodologies. 8. Manage multiple priorities, customer expectations, and relationships with all stakeholders, particularly in the context of AI projects. 9. Support training development for end users and staff members on AI tools and technologies. 10. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments, leveraging AI insights. 11. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. 12. Demonstrate commitment to the Company's core values. 13. JOB SCOPE: Incumbent works under the direction of the Product Owner to identify issues, trends, and problems, recommending AI-driven action plans and evaluating results on initiatives that may not be clearly defined and are large in scope. Work is varied and complex, requiring the individual to use a broad range of knowledge gained through AI project management experience. The position works with internal and external sources to complete objectives, keeping the needs of external and internal customers as a priority when making decisions and taking action. |
