SUMMARY: The Business Office Administrative Specialist will play an integral role in supporting the Finance Department's daily operations. This individual will assist the CFO, Controller, and both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams with a wide range of administrative and financial tasks. Their responsibilities include processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and assisting with financial reporting and compliance. The role also involves identifying process improvements to streamline departmental efficiency. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned:
