Description Position Summary: The Quality Compliance Staff will serve as the primary Quality Management System (QMS) representative for the department, ensuring alignment with QMS standards and facilitating training and awareness programs. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and reporting Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Additionally, the Quality Compliance Staff will develop, manage, conduct, and follow up on manufacturing and OES audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, driving continuous improvement and maintaining high-quality standards. Description of Duties and Responsibilities % of Time Spent performing Duties Maintain a schedule and perform necessary audits of manufacturing processes, countermeasures, etc -30% Maintain department alignment with internal and external compliance requirements (QMS, ISO, OES etc) -20% Gather, track, analyze, report and create action plans to improve CoPQ -20% Serve as quality representative for the department during internal and external audits -20% Other tasks as assigned -10% Production and Location Start-up Duties:
