POSITION

We are seeking an experienced Travel and Expense lead to oversee the company's Travel and Entertainment policies and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong systems experience with a drive to maintain a robust system of controls.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days per week.

Location: Charlotte, NC

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Lead relationship contact for Corporate Card Program ensuring proper issuance, cancellations and monitoring of spend for company.
  • Serve as SAP Concur system subject matter expert on travel and expense management tool.
  • Maintain and update the T&E policy for Allspring as well as reporting on violations to the policies.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for generating and distributing T&E reporting to the business, ensuring timely and accurate data
  • Maintain training material on the travel and expense policy and process


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and T&E.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate T&E policies and best practices.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to drive change, streamline processes, and work cross-functionally in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Highly collaborative, results oriented.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • MS Office suite - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Concur, Oracle Fusion Cloud or other ERP system is a must.



Base Pay Range: $85,000 - $110,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
