Responsibilities

As an LPN/LVN, you'll be the heartbeat of our facility, providing on-site nursing and attendant care to our patients. You'll work alongside a fantastic multidisciplinary team, ensuring that every patient receives the highest quality of care while having a blast doing it!

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

  • Care Hero: Deliver direct nursing services to patients as prescribed by their treatment plans. You'll be collecting medical specimens and providing hands-on care that makes a difference!
  • Record-Keeping Rockstar: Keep our records in tip-top shape, including Medication Administration and medical charts. Your attention to detail will help us stay organized and efficient!
  • Team Collaborator: Join in on multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings, sharing your insights and collaborating with other professionals to create the best care plans for our patients. Teamwork makes the dream work!
  • Safety Advocate: Help prevent client abuse by following all policies and procedures, attending training sessions, and reporting any suspicious behavior. Your vigilance is key to keeping our patients safe!
  • Health Monitor Extraordinaire: Keep an eye on chronic health conditions, respiratory distress, and seizures, ensuring our patients receive timely interventions. You'll be their health guardian!
  • Data Detective: Gather patient data and vital signs, reporting your findings to the RN/Medical Director. Your observations will play a crucial role in patient care!
  • Appointment Wizard: Screen residents for medical and dental exams, schedule appointments, and provide essential medical information. You'll be the go-to for all things health-related!
  • Compliance Champion: Follow all reporting requirements and medical protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment. You'll help us stay on top of our game!
  • Meeting Maven: Attend meetings and actively participate as an interdisciplinary team member, contributing your expertise and ideas to enhance patient care.
  • Other Duties: Embrace the unexpected and perform other duties as assigned-every day will be a new adventure!

Qualifications

Compensation for this role ranges from $34.41 - $43.80 per hour, depending on education and experience.

We are committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation. An individual's pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions. Additionally, we consider internal equity to ensure fairness within our organization.

  • Must hold a current LPN/LVN license in the state in which they are seeking work.
