About the Role

Ready to elevate pharmaceutical events to the next level? As a Symposia Specialist, you'll take the reins on exciting symposiums, managing everything from intricate planning to seamless execution. You'll collaborate closely with clients while making vital decisions that ensure success and compliance. If you're passionate about project management and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want you on our team!

You're Good At

• Developing, planning, and executing high-impact symposium programs.
• Managing timelines and coordinating various logistical elements efficiently.
• Building strong client relationships and providing best-practice advice.
• Maintaining budgets and ensuring compliance throughout the event lifecycle.
• Providing hands-on support during onsite events and addressing issues as they arise.
  
  

You Might Also Have

• A Bachelor's degree and at least three years of congress program planning experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems.
• Experience in domestic and international group travel logistics.
• CMP certification or pharma experience as a bonus.
• A knack for problem-solving and adapting to fast-paced changes with ease.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Symposia Specialist is between $55,000 - $65,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
