Sales Support Intern

Infoblox is seeking a Sales Support Intern in Tacoma to join our Sales Support and Quoting team this summer. In this hybrid role, the ideal intern will be part of our WWFO organization, gaining valuable, real-world experience while being mentored by seasoned senior managers and executives that have contributed to the success of multi-industry giants. They will learn about the quota-to-cash process, Salesforce CRM and our hyperscaler partner engagement. They will also engage with sales reps and order management teams daily.

You're the ideal intern if you have an eagerness to learn about the sales process at Enterprise technology company and comfortable taking initiative to engage with a wide range of people.

What You'll Do:

• Learn and execute Quote-To-Cash (QTC) team processes
• Learn and process Cloud Marketplace transactions.
• Utilize our tech stack to navigate and manage Sales and Order inquiries.
• Successfully collaborate upstream and downstream within your department to accomplish the above.
• Team up with others to research and make recommendations for process improvements, solutions and enhancements.
• Gain exposure to all levels of management, including time with executive staff

What You'll Bring:

• Experience with office tools like Microsoft Office365
• Interest in sales & learning about the sales process, especially post sales
• Strong problem-solving skills Advanced written and communication skills and a willingness to engage with a variety of people.
• The ability to collaborate across teams/departments.
• Proven success in your studies, and the drive to employ your learning while tackling real-world tasks/challenges

Education:

• Senior standing or recent 2024 graduate in a Business Management related degree program

This is a paid, full-time (40 hours per week) internship that could lead to a permanent position post-graduation. Working in-office at our Tacoma location is the preferable delivery for the internship, but more information to come about modality.The typical hourly rate for this position based in Washington is $21 per hour.
