Scheduled Weekly Hours:

36 Gundersen Health System is looking for a highly motivated Respiratory Therapist, Pulmonary Function Technologist to join our team!

What this role does: This position will preform pulmonary function testing, 6 minute walk testing, home oxygen testing, some therapeutic procedures, bronchoscopy and patient education.

What's Available:

  • 0.9 FTE = 72 hours every 2 weeks
  • Location: La Crosse, WI Main Clinic and Onalaska Clinic
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift. One day off per two weeks

What You'll Need:

  • Associate degree in Respiratory
  • 1 year previous experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) by the state of Wisconsin
  • Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) for the state of Wisconsin
  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care
  • Certified Pulmonary Function Technologist (CPFT) or Registered Pulmonary Function Technologist (RPFT) required within two years from date of hire
  • CPR for Healthcare Providers
