Job Details Oversee the day-to-day function of the stress lab and heart station. Provide guidance to the staff of the department and communicate effectively with Hospital Administration. Monitor nuclear and non-nuclear exercise and pharmacologic stress tests.Job Description Assist in the development of patient education material pertaining to stress testing procedure. Participate in patient education for patients scheduled for stress testing. Call patients prior to test to explain test and answer questions. Offer health information during and after testing.Serve as a consultant to the nursing staff and other health care professionals as related to stress testing indications and procedures. Assist in the education of other department staff members. Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the Hospital.
