About the role:

With an executive presence, his person will design practice solutions to ensure engagements meet client needs, business requirements and future business growth objectives.

What you will be doing?

  • Practice Development: Define, maintain, and enhance practice offerings to support business objectives, strategic development roadmap, and client needs.

  • Solution Design: Design, enhance, and implement practice offerings tailored to specific client requirements and market opportunities.

  • Client Consultation: Consult with sales, account management, and clients to recommend appropriate practice offerings that meet strategic business needs.

  • Technology Projects: Advise clients on strategic technology projects within the practice area.

  • Pre-Sales Support: Provide pre-sales support, including developing proposals, negotiating pricing, planning engagement projects, and delivering presentations.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, development, sales, and senior management to define and support the practice area.

  • Relationship Management: Nurture relationships, define consulting engagements, and sell initiatives to support relationship needs.

  • Client Satisfaction: Maintain quality relationships with internal and external clients to gain referrals and achieve excellent client satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Process Improvement: Identify business process improvements for increased efficiency and enhanced client experience.

  • Thought Leadership: Ensure the practice provides industry thought leadership.

  • Issue Resolution: Research and resolve critical issues related to the practice in a timely and professional manner.

  • Expertise: Provide technical and business domain expertise.

  • Client Interaction: Work directly with clients and travel to client sites as needed.

What you will need:

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Recognized by peers as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in credit card platforms and the practice specialty

  • Project Leadership: 10+ years of recent experience overseeing every aspect and all activities associated with complex programs

  • Migration Expertise: 10+ years if recent experience with office migration and product knowledge.

  • Credit Card Knowledge: 10+ years of recent experience and have extensive knowledge of credit card systems and processes.

  • Team Leadership: 10+ years of recent experience in the definition and implementation of service offerings for multiple projects.

  • Practice Expertise: In-depth knowledge and expertise in the assigned practice area and related business.

  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and related practice specialty.

  • Financial Skills: Strong financial management and planning skills.

  • Management Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner.

  • Relationship Building: Proven success in building relationships.

  • Influence and Persuasion: Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel 5%-10% or as needed.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.

  • PMP Certification

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $123,810.00 - $207,980.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
