Description
The Loan Operations Manager is primarily responsible for effectively managing commercial servicing associates and functions. The manager will work closely with the Commercial Servicing and Booking manager to ensure execution of policies and procedures, timely posting of money items, workflow process improvements and enhancements. Position is also responsible for day-to-day support and training for team members, review of their daily work for quality control and training opportunities, signing of maintenance and invoices, as well as balancing workload. This position will assist in project management, performance report preparation and analysis, and preparation and review of various training materials, policies, and procedures. Additionally, this position will regularly interact with bank officers and is expected to communicate complex issues in a concise yet comprehensive manner. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITES
