Job DescriptionThe Agile Team Optimization team is dedicated to enabling agility and high performance across the company through fully aligned ways of working and data and metrics that drive desired outcomes. Our work involves defining, implementing, and continuously refining practices and tools that foster a more adaptive and responsive work environment. We collaborate with each Business Unit to understand how they develop and deliver products, and leverage industry best practices and technologies to develop solutions that promote transparency, increase collaboration, and accelerate product delivery. The Software Engineer on the Agile Team Optimization team will play a crucial role in developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and tools tailored to the needs of our internal teams. This individual will work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and various business units to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that improve team efficiency and support decision-making processes. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.
