Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP SD - Brazil & LATAM and SAP Standard Order to Cash. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Hi-Tech and ISV domains to join our team who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Location: Santa Clara - CA USA. Work from home - Hybrid

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP SD - Brazil & LATAM and SAP Standard Order to Cash. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Hi-Tech and ISV domains. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on day shifts. No travel is required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and support of SAP SD solutions for Brazil and LATAM regions
  • Oversee the entire Order to Cash process ensuring seamless integration and functionality
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP SD best practices and industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
  • Train and mentor end-users on SAP SD functionalities and processes
  • Monitor and manage project timelines ensuring timely delivery of solutions
  • Identify and address potential risks and issues providing effective resolutions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user experience
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Support data migration and integration activities as needed
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management
Qualifications
  • Must have extensive experience in SAP SD for Brazil and LATAM regions
  • Must have strong knowledge of SAP Standard Order to Cash processes
  • Should have domain expertise in Hi-Tech and ISV industries
  • Should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Should be proficient in system testing and troubleshooting
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model
  • Should have experience in training and mentoring end-users
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Should be capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Must be proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues
  • Should have a strong commitment to continuous improvement
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000.00 - $112,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
