GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Communications Supervisor supports internal and external communications initiatives and special projects as a member of DaVita's labor relations team. The ideal candidate will develop an understanding of DaVita's business goals, its needs and, from that understanding, create content to solidify DaVita's position as the provider, partner and employer of choice. Key duties include: coordinating internal and external content strategy for teammates, patients and physicians, content monitoring and reporting, project management and coordinating/maintaining the integrity of other communications and marketing special projects. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position may have supervisory responsibilities. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education, licenses, certification, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, including computer skills as required.
