As a SDR Strategy Senior Analyst, you will drive innovation, streamline processes, and implement scalable mechanisms to enhance efficiency and productivity across the Global (AMER/EMEA) Sales Development organization. Our team focuses on maximizing revenue and organizational productivity through standardized and scalable efficiencies, achieved primarily through inspection, process optimization, enablement, and data analytics. Reporting to the Director of Sales Strategy and Operations, the individual in this role will be responsible for helping with the data analytics and analysis for the Global (AMER/EMEA) SDR Organization . They will work on a variety of strategic and operational projects across functions, for example business planning, performance tracking, forecasting, business review and compensation operations. The role requires interaction with various areas of the organization and provides daily exposure to senior executives. A successful candidate will have relentless curiosity and possess a passion for extracting insights from data and converting ideas to action. For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $117,100 to $161,100. For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $107,700 to $148,100. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
