Technical Services Engineer This role is defined as a technical support/repair subject matter expert employing strong technical troubleshoot and repair skills to service and support customer owned handheld HPMS devices. The Technical Services Engineer works closely with 908 technical and engineering teams and is empowered to help our customers with immediate solutions to their technical issues. This role includes (but isn't limited to) remote and direct support through any medium necessary, depot repair system troubleshooting/repair, and world-class level technical support for our business partners and customers.
