As a Production Quality Operator, you'll play a crucial role in delivering life-changing technology while working in a cutting-edge facility.

Schedule: 2:30pm - 10:30pm

Pay: $24.30/hr.

What You'll Do:



  • Execute manufacturing processes to produce Personal Diabetes Managers (PDMs).
  • Use test fixtures, touchscreens, and pneumatic RF-sealed chassis to configure mobile devices.
  • Identify and report quality or safety discrepancies to ensure top-notch production standards.
  • Unbox, assemble, label, and package light assemblies with accuracy and care.
  • Follow work instructions, SOPs, and quality processes to meet regulatory standards (FDA, ISO 13485, cGMP).
  • Work collaboratively to troubleshoot and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment suitable for medical device manufacturing.
  • Support inventory management, shipping, receiving, and quality functions as needed.


What You'll Bring:



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a production environment, preferably in medical devices or electronics testing.
  • Basic understanding of mobile device technology and touchscreens.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and a team-player mindset.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or other ERP software is a plus.
