Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of legal secretary experience
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
  • Excellent typing and organizational skills
  • Familiar with legal terminology, court procedures, and e-filing systems



Paralegal Job Description



  • Draft, proofread, and format legal documents.
  • Maintain electronic and physical case files.
  • Manage attorneys' calendars by coordinating appointments, court dates, and meetings.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone.
  • Assist with tracking billable hours and preparing invoices.
  • Perform basic legal research.
  • Maintain confidential information.



Monday - Friday | $15 per hour
