Position Overview: As the Global and Americas Strategy and Operations lead for CSS, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the adoption and success of Adobe's products by empowering the Customer Strategy & Success organization. This role will be responsible for developing and driving comprehensive operating strategies, collaborating with leaders to ensure robust engagement models, facilitating the operational cadences including book of business inspection and global metrics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Strategy & Engagement Model:
  • Collaborate globally to scale and refine best-in-class engagement model strategies across the CSS organization.
  • Continuously assess regional trends and customer insights to advise strategic decision-making.
  • Drive capacity planning and parameters for leadership driven staffing to ensure the organization is aligned to drive business priorities.
2. Operational Cadence:
  • Establish and maintain operational cadence to drive accountability, visibility, and execution excellence within field organizations.
  • Define key processes, workflows, and deliverables to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement successful methodologies to enhance operational agility and scalability.
3. Metrics & Reporting:
  • Collaborate with leadership to define relevant performance metrics to track progress, measure success, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Consult on dashboard design and field input tools to ensure functional and Executive access to actionable business metrics and trends.
  • Analyze data insights to find opportunities for optimization, course correction, and resource allocation.
4. Communication:
  • Establish clear and effective communication strategy to facilitate alignment, visibility, and information sharing across all field functions and organizational levels.
  • Drive the cadence of execution to articulate strategic priorities, enablement, and methodology sharing.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting roles, with a proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving business results.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, and ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and emotional intelligence, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with collaborators at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, process improvement frameworks, and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience in the SAAS industry or technology sector is highly desirable.

The U.S. pay range for this positionis $103,900 -- $209,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
