The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Program Manager to join our Data, Growth, & Platforms team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex engineering projects, ensuring successful delivery, and driving continuous improvement in our processes and products. This role requires a strategic problem solver with excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Program Management:Lead and manage multiple engineering programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, finance, and marketing, to define program goals, scope, and deliverables. Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Project Planning and Execution:Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
  • Process Improvement:Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes, tools, and methodologies. Implement best practices and lessons learned to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Documentation:Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of project activities, decisions, and outcomes.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering programs from inception to completion.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to synthesize complex, technical jargon into content that is digestible to a broader, less technical audience.

The U.S. pay range for this positionis $124,300 -- $228,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
