Genesis10 is seeking a UiPath Developer with Healthcare/PBM for a 6 month contract with our client in Eagan, MN. 100% Remote. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled UiPath Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the automation of business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UiPath, automation best practices, and strong problem-solving skills to design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions. Responsibilities: Develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath Studio to automate manual business processes. Analyze business requirements and convert them into RPA workflows to drive process improvements and efficiency. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process automation. Troubleshoot and debug RPA solutions to ensure stability and reliability of automation processes. Create and maintain technical documentation related to RPA solutions and processes. Participate in the deployment of RPA bots, ensuring proper execution and maintenance of production-ready bots. Monitor and optimize the performance of RPA processes to ensure maximum efficiency. Provide support and maintenance for existing automation solutions, including troubleshooting and bug fixes. Stay updated with the latest UiPath features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve automation capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in developing RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator. Strong understanding of RPA best practices, workflows, and debugging techniques. Proficiency in programming languages like VB.NET, C#, or Python for building custom scripts. Experience with database technologies (SQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle) and integration techniques. Knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. UiPath certification (UiPath RPA Developer Advanced) is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with UiPath Robot, Orchestrator, and other RPA components. Knowledge of AI-based automation, such as machine learning models, OCR, and cognitive services. Prior experience in process discovery, process mapping, and business analysis. Familiarity with cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, etc.) and integration with RPA. Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $58-$65 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
