Training Developer BTS Software Solutions is seeking a Training Developer to conduct content analysis, design and develop training that supports military operational requirements. The requirement is for a future award expected in May 2025. Job Description: Designs and develops training as outlined in TRADOC Regulation 350-70 and its associated pamphlets as well as outcomes-based curriculum design and development. Captures, conducts analysis and organizes collected data to effectively integrate training systems into existing programs of instruction. Executes a systems approach to training/curriculum development and management. Primary Location: Fort Eustis Virginia or Fort Leavenworth, Kansas Clearance Requirement: SECRET Degree Requirement:
Relevant Experience:
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience (as listed approve). Must be a US Citizen.
