Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

  • Estimated annual base pay: $105,600(minimum) - $132,000(midpoint) - $158,400(maximum)

We are seeking a strategic and passionate Talent Development Manager to lead the charge in cultivating a high-performing and engaged workforce. You will be responsible for developing and executing talent development strategies that align with our business objectives and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in designing and delivering impactful development programs and talent processes, evaluating their effectiveness, and managing stakeholders effectively. What You Will Be Doing

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive talent development strategies that address current and future organizational needs, including performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Development Program Design & Delivery: Design and deliver engaging and impactful development programs utilizing a variety of methodologies (e.g., workshops, e-learning, coaching) to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Evaluation & Measurement: Establish metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs, analyze data, and generate reports to demonstrate ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Coaching and mentoring a team of talent development peers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and department managers, to ensure alignment and support for talent development initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Create a seamless talent development approach that integrates performance management processes and other talent initiatives to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Career Development: Create and implement career development frameworks and programs to support employee growth and advancement within the organization.

What We Are Looking For

  • Coaching and Mentoring: Proven ability to coach and mentor individuals at various levels to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Change Management: Experience in leading and managing change initiatives within a dynamic organizational environment.
  • Program Evaluation: Strong analytical skills and experience in designing and implementing program evaluation methodologies to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Performance Management: Knowledge of performance management principles and best practices, including performance appraisal and feedback.
  • Career Development: Expertise in career development frameworks, tools, and resources to support employee growth and advancement.
  • Collaboration: Exceptional ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.

Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Successful candidates will typically have 5-7years of progressive experience in talent development, learning, or a related field.
  • Experience with configuring and managing the talent and performance modules in Workday preferred
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent development programs (e.g., performance management, leadership development, or talent review process).
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and talent management best practices.
