JOB SUMMARY MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform analysis and trending of key performance indicators to produce management reporting and to identify opportunities for performance improvement and to manage the budgeting and forecasting process. May be responsible to manage all forward logistics and reverse logistics for Mobile Supply Chain utilizing 3PL relationship (Multiple Locations). Manages disposition of damaged, surplus, or EOL devices workign with Asset Disposition teams via liquidation/auction. New Product introduction (NPI) planning/execution working closely with product, 3PL and carriers. Identifies and implements continuous process improvement and standardization opportunities. Provides operational analytical support for Spectrum Mobile Supply Chain. Compare actual and forecasted/budgeted target performance metrics and identify performance trends. Develop, monitor and review reports and records of activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified objectives and recommend changes in methodology as required to attain business objectives. Make recommendations based on data for process improvement and strategic business decision making. Create reports and data driven presentations with impact - identify trends and occurrences in data and translate and communicate findings and recommendations. Investigate and perform root cause analysis of complex nature. Develop and provide ad hoc reports and compile executive level reporting as required. Perform other duties as requested. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Ability to understand supply chain key performance indicators/metrics for the wireless and retail industries Excel skills including pivot tables and v-lookups Ability to perform complex analysis of key performance indicators/metrics Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner Ability to present complex data to cross functional audiences in an easy to understand manner Ability to manage multiple projects Ability to prioritize and organize effectively Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to use personal computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) Ability to perform complex data analysis, visualization, reporting, and presentations REQUIRED EDUCATION REQUIRED RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE AND NUMBER OF YEARS Forward Logistics management for DTC and retail shipments - 3+ 3PL Vendor Management - 3+ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of wireless industry and mobile device products and services Demonstrated analytical skills to assess performance and identify areas of opportunity Demonstrated financial planning and analysis skills to assure integrity of a multi-billion dollar budget Ability to use Tableau PREFERRED EDUCATION WORKING CONDITIONS FSC500 2025-50719 2025 Here, employees don't just have jobs, they build careers.
