THE JOB:
A Bus Runner's main job is to keep tables clean and ready for guests. This means clearing dirty dishes, wiping down tables, and restocking things like silverware, glasses, and condiments. They also help servers by bringing food to tables and making sure customers have a great dining experience.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Keep the food and drink station clean and organized.
• Wipe down and sanitize all equipment.
• Make sure the floors are clear of spills and trash.
• Sweep, mop, and take out the garbage as needed.
• Keep the beverage station stocked with supplies.
• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs.
• Pick up supplies from the warehouse and restock storage areas.
• Make sure older stock is used first.
• Help deliver food when needed.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 18 years of age
• 1 year of experience in a restaurant working as a Busser, Food Runner or similar
• Fast paced, high volume, fine dining restaurant experience
• Ability to work as a vital team member with Servers and Host
• Customer Service oriented

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
