THE JOB:

As an A/V Technician, you will operate and manage audio-visual equipment, ensuring its successful operation and performing necessary maintenance. Your responsibilities will include addressing technical issues, maintaining equipment inventory, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing excellent customer service to deliver high-quality audio-visual experiences.

THE STARTING RATE: $34.80/hour

SCHEDULE:To be determined. A standard 5-day, 40-hour work week within the hours of 8am and 2pm.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Monitor all audio-visual systems throughout the property to ensure they are working properly.

• Operate A/V equipment for client meetings, employee events, and guest functions.

• Provide excellent customer service by determining needs and offering solutions to clients, employees, and guests.

• Assist with upgrades and new installations of complex audio, video, projection, automated control, switching and distribution systems

• Maintain system service information and personal daily work logs.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• 3+ years of relevant A/V experience required.

• Prior relevant experience in a hospitality or casino setting, preferred.
