The Children's Hospital Primary Care Center is looking for two full-time Clinical Research Assistant II to assist with upcoming projects with subject matter including caring for medically and socially complex patients, child brain development, and improving clinical systems. Responsibilities include data collection, patient recruitment, clinical research project involvement, and quality improvement initiative support. These roles will feature patient contact, including a project involving rooming patients in order to reduce patient wait times for visits. The Research Assistant will work closely with various researchers and other practice staff with all aspects of study design and implementation, including managing Excel spreadsheets to collect and track data, recruiting patients and families to take part in research studies or clinic quality improvement initiatives, making outreach calls, chart review, and performing basic data analysis.
