We are hiring a Microsoft Specialist who can assist with demos, meetings, and stakeholder interactions for our Microsoft Suite.
*Job Summary: *This role is crucial in managing and enhancing the user experience on various internal applications, including SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams, Outlook, and DocuSign. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot is a plus. *Key Responsibilities:* * Enhance user experience on internal applications such as SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams, Outlook, and DocuSign. * Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage projects and deliver results efficiently. * Conduct demos during meetings to showcase new features and updates. * Interact with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions. * Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across various platforms. *Qualifications:* * Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. * Experience with Microsoft applications such as SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams, Outlook, and DocuSign. * Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot is a plus. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members. *Additional Information:* This is a highly interactive role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders regularly. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
