Are you a well-rounded IT professional with a passion for managed print services? We are looking for an enthusiastic Endpoint Engineer/Global Managed Print Specialist to join our dynamic team! If you have experience in enterprise engineering roles and managed print services, this is the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you will be responsible for administering, optimizing, and supporting managed print services and pull print solutions within our organization. You will work closely with IT and business units to ensure efficient, secure, and cost-effective printing solutions are in place. *Key Responsibilities:* * Configuration and Management: Configure and manage pull print solutions, print servers, and network printers to improve efficiency and reduce waste. * Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for print-related issues, ensuring quick resolution to minimize downtime. * Security and Compliance: Ensure print solutions comply with security policies and regulatory requirements, implementing appropriate data protection measures. * Documentation: Develop and maintain as-built documentation, run books, etc., for managed print environments. * Collaboration: Work closely with IT and business units to understand their printing needs and provide tailored solutions. * Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize print services to enhance performance and reduce costs. * Training: Provide training and support to end-users on print-related technologies and best practices. *Qualifications:* * Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managed print services and pull print technologies. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of print server management, network printing protocols, and print management software (e.g., LRS, HP Advance). * Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * Preferred Skills: * Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations. * Familiarity with data protection regulations and compliance standards. * Experience with scripting software solutions. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
