Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and instant messaging. If you're passionate about helping others and have strong communication skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Start Date:Monday, May 5th

Pay:$19.00 per hour (additional $2 per hour for weekend work!)

Training Schedule:9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (2 weeks)

Working Schedule:8:00AM - 6:00 PM Monday to Sunday (5 working days with 2 consecutive days off, 40 hours per week)

*Looking for applicants that are flexible to work between the hours/days above*

Key Responsibilities



  • Customer Support: Assist customers through phone, email, or instant messaging. Resolve basic inquiries such as address changes, order processing, billing, and warranty issues.
  • Issue Escalation: For more complex product/service inquiries, escalate issues to the appropriate Product Support Specialist.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify the root cause of customer issues and use available resources to resolve them effectively.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, update contact details, and track requests in the system.
  • Performance Standards: Meet established goals, including quality, schedule adherence, and average handling time.
  • Collaboration: Work well both independently and within a team environment.
  • Mentorship: May assist in training or mentoring less experienced team members.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up on escalated cases, ensuring resolutions are met and expanding your knowledge in the process.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as required to support the team.
  • Education & Skills Requirements: High school diploma or GED.


Skills & Qualifications:



  • Strong knowledge of company products, services, and operations.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
